Taste of Summer

“I’ll miss you when you’re gone during summer”, my friend tells me. We’re sitting on a bench overlooking a sunlit park full of life. Adults have a picnic, teenagers play games and drink, kids are excited. It’s mid-June and it feels like the first day of summer. Everyone is enjoying themselves, inhaling the sunshine and laughter. A Beauty In The Forest

Yesterday, I finally had my first shoot since February. It was great to get away from civilization again, to be surrounded by the woods and endless green hills covered with fog. This passion has made me work quite hard from the moment I started taking photography seriously. It means the world to me. Like many others, I like to look at beautiful photographs that inspire me. But too often, that sneaky voice that compares myself to others kicks in. Look at...

November Thoughts – 2015

November 10th Life passes so quickly between taking care of children, tuition, photo shoots, nurturing relationships and fretting about art school choices. I love these peaceful weeks in which I do what I love, save up money and don’t have to worry about my future (yet). Unfortunately this will change soon enough. Now it’s already dark by 5pm and Christmas decoration is displayed in the shop windows. It’s almost mid November and I wonder what has happened to October. My first uni...
